I'm not a huge fan of melodeath interventions or growled/screamed vocals in power metal, even if they do add to a band's aggressiveness. No matter how epic and spirited they try to make it with a blend of three different vocal styles, it's not going to make me consistently appreciate this crossover—even though Unleash the Archers is one of the female-fronted groups I discovered early on. Well, I watched this devastation from the sidelines, and once everything was completely leveled, I left.
Oh, the closing piano on the final track, "Four in Hand," is rather nice.
That's all.
