I really should have written the commentary for this EP before the two albums that followed it. Back then, South Korea's Ishtar sounded colder, leaning towards a gothic metal vibe, as heard with the added piano on "Heartless Hug" and "Atrocious Kiss". Kim Binna's cocoon on "Sea Queen" is the most prominent part, which also sounds similar to a Nightwish song, if I'm not mistaken, though my memory is a bit hazy. Even though the title track isn't entirely powerful, "Two in One" manages to close things out nicely without losing the symphonic-gothic aura within it.
Oh, I also want to mention that fans of Liv Moon, Leaves' Eyes, and Sirenia should definitely give this band a try.
