Genre: Experimental/noise ambient
Finally, Brume's labelmate, Brian Mendoza Haran, offers a release where the ambient elements are much more dominant. "Monarchs" is quite noisy, particularly during the dense wall of sound from the 01:10-03:50 mark, but it still functions effectively as a sleep aid in the section that follows. Meanwhile, "Volunteers" shows a cleaner face, dressed up with rather emotional tones and field recordings. It might not be entirely perfect to my ears, but it serves as a thoroughly decent comforter.
Tracklist:
1. Monarchs
2. Volunteers
